About GKS

Barry Greenzweig, owner of GKS, started his passion for racing in 1972, running at local tracks in eastern Pennsylvania. His passion for winning grew, as well as his following, and in 1978 the shop officially opened. Barry not only won many races and championships nationally on the WKA Manufacturers Cup and Gold Cup series and the IKF series, but he also helped many drivers win their first local, regional, or national event/championship over the 50+ years of racing. Barry was also a long-time Team Driver for Coyote Karts from the 1980s to the mid-2000s. Today Barry is joined by his son and grandson, Alex Greenzweig & Garrett Krome, who have taken over the driver’s seat and have won numerous track championships at Oreville Kart Club, 3 Microstocks Racing Series Championships, and collected numerous asphalt and dirt wins! Alex & Garrett compete regularly in the CKNA Northeast Series and at Oreville Kart Club.
